Webinar Trainings
Minimum Standards
- On December 17, 2010, INEE conducted a webinar on the INEE Minimum Standards for Education: Preparedness, Response, Recovery. The standards articulate the minimum level of educational quality and access in emergencies through to recovery.
- The 45-minute, interactive webinar was designed to be a practical orientation to the INEE Minimum Standards, as well as a platform to connect with other INEE members. The session includes ideas on how to effectively use the Minimum Standards in your work and information on where to find additional resources.
- You can download and view the webinar orientation session here.
Participate in Training
Every year the INEE Secretariat and INEE members around the world use the INEE Minimum Standards and other INEE tools to train hundreds of humanitarian workers, government representatives and education practitioners on the importance of, and good practice in, education in emergencies.
If you are interested in participating in an INEE Minimum Standards training, please contact mstraining@ineesite.org. As part of its cooperation and partnership with other key humanitarian actors, INEE also encourages members to participate in other relevant trainings such as Sphere Trainings (see also the INEE-Sphere Companionship) or IASC Education Cluster Coordinator trainings.
