As soon as you join us as Education, Policy and Advocacy Adviser you’ll hit the deck running by helping to launch our Promising Practices initiative at UNGA in New York, lobbying governments to ensure they fulfil their promise to support access to education for refugees and working to ensure Education Cannot Wait has the funds to deliver on its work. Supporting our country programmes, in places like Uganda, you will influence national policy and practice in support of education in emergency situations. Education in humanitarian contexts is a priority for us and as our Education in Emergencies Policy & Advocacy Adviser you will be at the heart of an ambitious change agenda, including:
