Regional Training of Trainers Workshops
About Regional Training of Trainers Workshops
INEE Regional Training of Trainer Workshops (TOT) build upon the regional networks created during the development of the INEE Minimum Standards. TOT workshops provide an opportunity for education and humanitarian staff to come together once again to learn about the INEE Minimum Standards in way that prepares them to conduct trainings on the minimum standards for staff all over the world.
TOT workshops take place over the course of three days, with participants gaining a grounding in the legal frameworks and consultative process that informed the development of the Minimum Standards. Working together to deepen thier knowledge of the content of the Minimum Standards and accompanying Indicators and Guidance Notes participants use group work, individual reflection and role play scenarios to explore how the Handbook can be used in assessment, programme design, monitoring and evalution.
